Personal Computers

Computers are probably the biggest inventioni in the last century. The computer has changed almost all aspects of human life. Even little kids use computers these days in ways that are more sophisticated than before when kiddie computers allowed them to play kiddie games. I recall a time when programming in BASIC with an Apple II was such a cool thing. Getting introduced to this tiny little appliance where a 14-inch green monitor sits, was such an experience and it seemed like there was no limit to what could be done. These days the notion of geographical distance makes very little meaning since it is so easy to talk to someone on the other side of the globe face to face using software freely available in computers.

Everyone could use some interesting reading. Try these: Rails brought me to Seaside, Lotto, Yamashita gold, Nothing but flowers, Lilliputs flowers. Enjoy these!!

Kids nowadays routinely make websites where they interact with others. Ching's World is one rocking website and now it sits comfortably in #1. It took some coaxing but finally Ching's World is well ensconced in its rightful place. Ching's World was written in Smalltalk on the Seaside framework.

Get into the acion. Take a look at: Ching's World, Cebu City, Cagayan de Oro City, Dumaguete, Moira Trinity, Papoy.
